Five Morning Rituals for An Abundant L

Reading the title you must be thinking that I will be talking about exercising, meditating, writing journals, etc. So if you are having this notion then please shift it and find what I have in my box for you all.

Though I know exercising, meditating, or planning our day should be an important part of our morning routine but still there are certain other little gestures that we surely know yet most of the time we forget to perform. I believe life is all about little things, little acts, little deeds that make it magnificent enough to draw all the abundance that you deserve.

One more thing for me the word Abundance doesn’t apply to wealth or bundles of notes or any other form of asset. For me, it means feeling joyous, peaceful, blissful, and ecstatic all the time. It means to be in true touch with your inner being, to know that you have all the capabilities to create wonders in yourself, and to be truly you.

Now without further ado let me reveal the five secrets:

1)         Say Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou :

It sounds a bit cliché, but just let me ask do you really say “Thank you “ to this wonderful life that you are living.

“No” and I know 95% of you will say no.

Thus say Thankyou three times before you touch your feet onto the ground. Beginning your day with a Thankyou can entirely shift your consciousness and you can prevent your day from ruing.

 

2)         Say I love You :

This is not as easy as I am writing. So after waking up stand in front of a mirror and say loudly looking straight into your eyes “ I Love You”. This way you are entirely accepting yourself. You are affirming that you don’t require anyone else’s nod to be you. You can even use this technique when something goes on wrong with you during the day as well. You can say “ No matter what has happened I Love You and I am always there with you.” .All abundance starts with Self Love so don’t sulk from following this ritual. It may feel awkward in the beginning but gradually you will automatically become comfortable.

 

3)         Fill yourself with the dynamism of the Sun:

The Sun is the ultimate source of energy for all living and nonliving creatures. So your third blissful act should be receiving that life-forming energy from The Sun. Look straight into the sky, to the rising Sun, and feel that it is filling you with its incessant dynamic energy so that you are working energetically the entire day. We charge our cell phone’s battery every morning likewise charge yourself with the light and ceaseless power of the sun to make your day the best.

 

4)         Bless water:

How beautiful and blissful it is for us if early morning we charge our water with few words like “ The water I am drinking is filled with blessing and love of the Universe and my every single cell is receiving it.”

It says up to 60% of our body is water. According to H.H. Mitchell, Journal of Biological Chemistry, the brain and heart are composed of 73% water. Our lungs contain about 83%, the skin 64%, muscles and kidneys 79%, and even the bones have 31% water.

So it’s a must-practice… Go for it !!

 

5)         Productive Breakfast :

We learned to bless water but we forget to transfer the same blessings to our breakfast. So here I would like to say bless your tea, coffee, milk, or juice with the positive energy of creativity and productivity. You can say “ The tea I am having right now fills me the all the creative and productive ideas that I require for my work”.

 

Thus these are the rituals that I follow and yes it has brought a tremendous shift in my reality. Instead of starting my day with any gloom or gloom, I try my best to feel more blissful and abundant. Though I accept that I may not follow it entirely I do it 70% of the time and it has really acted as a catalyst in my transformation.
